Terms of use
The terms for using this site, and an important disclaimer: this is information, not advice.

Information only — not advice
Insolvency List republishes and organises information from the UK public record so it is easier to search. Nothing on this site is legal, financial, credit or investment advice, and it must not be relied on as the sole basis for any decision. Always confirm a company's current status on Companies House and The Gazette, and take professional advice about your own situation.
Accuracy
We take care to reproduce the official record faithfully, but notices can be delayed, amended or withdrawn at source, and automated classification (industry, region) can be wrong. The site is provided "as is", without warranty that it is complete, current or error-free. Please report errors to contact@insolvencylist.co.uk.
Acceptable use
You may browse, search and link to any page. You must not:
- crawl or download the site in bulk, or in a way that ignores robots.txt or places an unreasonable load on the service;
- access the site's databases or APIs directly other than through the pages themselves;
- use information about individuals for harassment, discrimination or any unlawful purpose;
- present the site's content as your own or imply that we endorse you.
Data licence and attribution
Contains public sector information licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0. Company information comes from Companies House and insolvency notices from The Gazette, both Crown copyright. If you reuse that data, the Open Government Licence attribution requirements apply. The site's own text, design, classifications and compilations are © Insolvency List.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest revision. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
