We aim to reply within five working days.
What to include
- Corrections — the company name and number, the page address, and what looks wrong. We check every report against The Gazette and Companies House.
- Personal data requests — what you are asking for (access, correction, objection or erasure) and the page or company concerned. See the privacy policy for how these are handled.
- Data and research questions — what you are trying to find out; we are happy to explain how the figures are produced (see About).
- Press — your publication and deadline.
What we cannot help with
Insolvency List is an information service. We are not an insolvency practitioner, law firm or the office-holder in any case, so we cannot give advice about your situation, accept creditor claims or chase payments. For a specific case, contact the liquidator or administrator named on the company's page, or the Insolvency Service.
